  • What happens if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?

Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 3 days for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.   

  • When will I be billed?

Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped out.  Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm availability and authenticity.  Kindly ensure your contact details are accurate and correct.  Please note that all products are subject to availability.   

  • Do I have a choice in currency payment?
At MyLilAngelz.com , we only transact in Ringgit Malaysia.   

  • What if I want to return my product?

  • Is my credit card information secure on the Internet?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. As for credit card information that you entered during the purchasing process, it would pass through our site to payment provider that we used; it is invisible to us.

  • When do I expect to receive the merchandise?

Orders received will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address & type of delivery chosen. To calculate the delivery time, we add the time it takes for your ordered merchandise to arrive at our warehouse from our supplier and the time needed for the delivery agent to deliver to your designated addresses.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.   

  • Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally and internationally. International buyers are responsible pertaining to duty taxes and custom's regulations of your home country.    

  • Do you accept cheque payment?
Basically, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online using VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB Online, PosPay, Hong Leong Online, Alliance Online and Mobile Money. You will not be able to complete the transaction without choosing a payment gateway.  

If you wish to pay via banker's draft or cashier's order, you will have to follow the procedure below:-     

Email us the list of products that you wish to purchase.

You can either send us the cheque or deposit it into our account and then fax the deposit slip to us. Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.   

  • Will I be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout?
Yes (for Malaysian customers). However for international customers, you are advised to contact us at info@mylilangel.com for shipping rates before purchase.   

  • How soon can I expect the goods after I purchased online?
Normally, orders will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days after the order was placed. An Email will be sent to your registered email address once the order dispatched. This email includes information such as delivery date and the parcel tracking number.

The delivery time frame:

(1) Poslaju - Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days after authentication.

(2) Domestic Parcel - Delivery can be up to 8 working days after authentication, depending on the area delivered to.

  • How will the purchased items be delivered?
Depending on the weight, size and location of delivery, we will use either courier services or parcel mail. Kindly take note that parcel mail does not come with insurance. Buyer is responsible in the event of any loss or damage of goods in transit.

  • Do you provide physical delivery?
Yes, we can arrange for the goods to be delivered to you after payment to Giant Kinrara.
  • Can I transfer straight to your banking account?
Yes, to Maybank - 112148057092 under Sim Kar Kwan

  • Do you provide free delivery?
We provide free delivery to anywhere in Malaysia for retail purchases of RM150.00 and above. Our shopping cart will automatically zerorised the shipping charges. There is no need to key in any code.   

  • I am a Baiboo member. How do I enjoy my discounts?
