• When do I expect to receive the merchandise?

Orders received will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address & type of delivery chosen. To calculate the delivery time, we add the time it takes for your ordered merchandise to arrive at our warehouse from our supplier and the time needed for the delivery agent to deliver to your designated addresses. Kindly be informed that we only deliver on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday currently.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.   

• Where do you deliver?

We deliver locally and internationally. International buyers are responsible pertaining to duty taxes and custom's regulations of your home country.    

• Do you accept cheque payment?

Basically, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online using VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB Online, PosPay, Hong Leong Online, Alliance Online and Mobile Money. You will not be able to complete the transaction without choosing a payment gateway.  

If you wish to pay via banker's draft or cashier's order, you will have to follow the procedure below:-     

Email us the list of products that you wish to purchase.

You can either send us the cheque or deposit it into our account and then fax the deposit slip to us. Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.   

• Will I be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout?

Yes (for Malaysian customers). However for international customers, you are advised to contact us at info@mylilangel.com for shipping rates before purchase.   

• How soon can I expect the goods after I purchased online?

For courier services (poslaju), delivery is usually within 2-3 working days after authentication. For parcel mail, delivery can be up to 8 working days after authentication, depending on the area delivered to.   

• How will the purchased items be delivered?

Depending on the weight, size and location of delivery, we will use   either courier services or parcel mail. Kindly take note that parcel mail does not come with insurance. Buyer is responsible in the event of any loss or damage of goods in transit.   

• Do you provide physical delivery?

Yes, we can arrange for the goods to be delivered to you after payment every Tuesdays and Thursdays to these areas:

Giant Kinrara: 5.30pm-8pm

KL Sentral: 12.30pm-1pm & 6.15pm-6.30pm   

• Can I transfer straight to your banking account?

• Do you provide free delivery?

We provide free delivery to anywhere in Malaysia via parcel mail for retail purchases of RM100.00 and above. Please key in coupon code FREE2010 during check-out.  

For purchases above RM300.00, we deliver free via poslaju to anywhere in Malaysia. Our shopping cart will automatically zerorised the shipping charges. There is no need to key in any code.
