- Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only.
- If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer.
- If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited to customer account in Mylilangelz.com for future purchase. No monetary refund is allowed.
- Mylilangelz reserves full right to reject any returned items which are not meeting the stipulated Return Policy.
- For international customer, refund will be credited to customer account in Mylilangelz.com if the items received are due to Damage or Stained.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Category
- Products that were used or worn, eg. footwear (returnable if customer tries the footwear indoors)
- Items returned are not in full set
- Items that has been adjusted, cleaned and damaged by customer
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling
- Color or design differs slightly from the pictures shown online (e.g. button or pocket)
- Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm
- Items purchased under "Clearance"
- Items are returned without our confirmation
